  Dont normally write reviews. After several attemps at calling over the course of a week, no real answers when I did get though about a car in their lot and failing to return any calls. I have given up on the idea of buying though this car yard. I'll hate to know what after sales service would be like.

  I have called 5 times and even sent an email. Not a single response. I'm glad they appear busy, but from a customer service perspective this is appalling. They really need a receptionist to atleast acknowledge people. Will likely end up purchasing from Townsville. Reading other reviews, I'm not alone in this.

  Car was serviced and returned on time. About an hour later noticed the outside temperature indicator was not working. Went back to pickerings who looked at it straight away fixed the problem at no charge. Well done.

  The service department are good but don't waste your time buying a car off the sales people here. Once you put the deposit down they don't care that you are about to give them $50,000. They ignore your calls and mess you about because you didn't go with their overly expensive finance package. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.
